Having moved to Boston from SoCali, this is my first real winter ever! Counting on the kindness of strangers to help me prepare for this cold and other colds, I was told to take thermals. What I think should have gone with was ugly looking grandpa cotton or flannel. Oh no! That's wonderful. The texture and weight allow me to wear them under cotton jersey pants and jeans in the same way without adding bulk and keeping you warm. I'm also a tall woman with big hips. The size is perfect, not tight and long enough for my ankle. And, did I mention, warm without being fat or itchy! Love it. I have ordered two pairs. I also ordered two pairs in white but they look ugly and feel thicker. I will keep you up-to-date. I can sell white and order more black.
