I bought these for my Echo Spot as I won't be using the camera anytime soon and haven't bothered to mess with the settings to disable the camera and also these are anti-hackers -Options. I wasn't sure at first if the hole would be big enough for the camera to be in place, but it looks like it ONLY has a big enough hole. I haven't checked if this is blocking part of the actual camera image, but it doesn't seem to be related. You just need to make sure the camera is in the center of the hole. The shutter moves back and forth without much effort, although I did not try it in the first attempts after mounting the cover. They seem strong enough for my needs
