So I'm a stylist and I use this shelf to organize my hair. I think this item shouldn't cost more than $15. The quality is pretty cheap and the slightest pressure will cause the handles to break. The hair I use is very light and I was pulling on one of the handles when I needed to pick up a hair that had fallen on the floor and next the handle broke off. Just feel like I wasted my money but it does the job. You just have to be very careful not to bump it into something or pull on the handles of the rack or they will break. I have messaged the manufacturer to see if I can get a replacement grip.
