Review on High-Quality USB C Headphones Designed for iPad Pro by Sara Wells

I thought these headphones were great and thought my problems were solved after buying a new phone and not checking the headphone jack (which I use almost every day). I pocketed it and was looking forward to making my first call without the speakerphone when the music on hold almost made me feel like I was going insane and losing my hearing. I made sure the volume on my phone and headphones was turned down, but I had to switch back to speakerphone. After the call, I plugged them back in and went into the headphone settings and adjusted them, but they were still too loud for me to use comfortably, and worse, no one could hear me without closing the mic to my mouth keep. I wanted to send them back because I think they might be defective, but unfortunately that was a long time ago. Otherwise they are comfortable to wear and can be stored in a case so they don't kink or get tangled.
