I used this watch in the Sierra Nevada backcountry for 4 months. I've worn this watch everyday while rock working, swimming, hiking and going through hell. It has some amazing alarms and I think all the settings are very easy to use. This is handy because the strap isn't hard plastic, so I never bothered to take it off. You won't find a better watch for this price.
