This product is fine. However, for me I would rather spend a little more and use a snow bleaching system that uses a UV mouthpiece. If you're whitening your teeth for the first time and you're over 30 years old, you've probably had enough tea, coffee, maybe smoked, etc. to discolor your teeth. I remember noticing old people's teeth as a child. Rough! Lifelong plaque on the teeth, varying in intensity from yellow to brown, phew! Combine this with orthodontics, which isn't commonplace, and your smile will be gross. Your teeth, once whitened, will eventually become stained again. If you have thick enamel, your teeth will stay whiter longer than someone with thin, cracked, or porous enamel. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and get it right the first time. Use these strips to get a bright white smile. Also, since these strips are designed to dissolve on the teeth in the mouth, they tend to stick to the inner wet lip and can easily come off. I would rather remove them myself and have a stronger whitening platform.
