Two minuses. First, it's a minor mishap of the "down" lining (fabric bundle): after the first few uses + first wash, I find thick bits of the hat's inner layer on my shoulders that randomly fall into my hair. etc. I am assuming this is generic to the specific material used in this hat so it could be 'permanent' for this product. (IDK.) Second, the tear at the inseam of the lining (see photo): After a few days of use, despite the tufts of fabric, I noticed that the grey/black layer also had an increasing tear in the seams. I hope it's just an accident; but it showed up SO early in my use that I'm worried the entire structure will fail. Aside from those two negatives (one minor, one possibly major) I was really impressed with these hats. They are really soft, warm and big. I recommend them, but only with 85% confidence that they will last a full season let alone a full year. Without that, I can't yet say if they're worth the price. Update 02/10/21: The seams between the inner lining and the outer fabric are knotted in several places on both hats. Since they are not yet widely used and are still falling apart like this, a long service life cannot be expected without a sewing aid. This is really a shame and it is now less than 2 weeks after the deadline for a return/refund request.
