We have just received this chair after ordering it 2 days ago. It took my husband about 15 minutes to assemble. I adjusted it and it's perfect. It replaces the chair I paid $1647 for a month ago. This chair meets all expectations. It's too big for me, but it's good. I have a lot of leeway to change the way I sit. I can even put one foot under the other. The tilt voltage is perfect and seems stable. The hydraulic lift works as it should. I chose a fabric that is soft and feels durable after checking the stitching after reading a previous review. My chair has no problems. It's like a comfortable chair at your desk. I order a spare part for storage. ** SUBSEQUENT TILT OUTPUT DUE TO FAILURE LESS THAN 5 MONTHS. We put in a replacement (identical except for the skin). The other chair is junk. Let's hope this replacement will last more than 5 months. Very disappointed.
