Badly done or just a mistake? I want another one or a refund!

I was so happy when I got this blanket for my grandson but when we opened it the quality was terrible! The seams are badly sewn, they tore! How can I return another one if my grandson ripped open the package it came in? Someone please contact me and let me know!
