Zipper broke after 4 socks

I bought this specifically for snowboarding. It was a lot shorter than I expected from the photos, so every time I fell, a pile of snow would hit my shirt. It's very warm and I liked the thumb holes to keep drafts out of my hands. The biggest problem is that I was only able to wear it 4 times before the zipper broke. It didn't even get me through the whole season and overall it feels like a huge waste of money.
