The product works, it's easy to use, I've never had any issues with its operation (at least not yet). It is expensive for small businesses, but worth every penny if you have employees that are prone to identity fraud in your organization! If this service could be made cheaper then more people would start using them because they're so effective at stopping these attacks from happening! Make sure you set up alerts correctly as sometimes there may seem like no activity when someone does try access their account which makes me think maybe something went wrong? Not really anything else just make sure everything looks correct before sending out emails about suspicious activities. We were having problems where our customers accounts kept getting hacked into by others who used stolen identities we didn't know existed until after several days of those transactions being performed through us without alerting anyone.
