I rarely take the time to write reviews but feel inspired to do so in the hope of helping others. I've had neck problems for years so I have a whole graveyard of pillows that I bought with high hopes only to be disappointed. I've even had friends buy me pillows they thought would be perfect but were disappointed again. I finally had surgery last year and although it helped, I'm still having issues. I usually keep a collection on my bed that I rotate at night depending on whether I'm on my side, back, etc. But this pillow is a game changer. It's soft (unlike my insanely thick memory foam pillow, which makes anyone who sleeps on it feel like they have cauliflower ears) but not so soft that I'd lie flat on my bed (like my feather pillows) . It feels bouncy like a marshmallow, yet holds your head up and seems to keep your neck level regardless of your position. Don't ask me how, because I have no idea. I only know that I love him. (And I'm ordering two more today for my husband and son who want one too!)
