The best thing about this is that it can be used by any level of users which makes things easier for all parties involved. It also has a lot of features like 3D rendering which helps you visualize the project better than other softwares do. Sometimes when the software crashes there are problems with loading back up. This however does not happen as much anymore but still could. Make sure you give them enough time before starting using their products because they take some time to learn how to use it properly and efficiently. We have been able to communicate effectively among each other since we started working together with Bim4RealEstateSoft. The best thing about bim4real estate is that it integrates with our main CAD system (Autocad). It also has an option where you can upload other 3d formats like Solidworks etc which i find very useful because we use solidwork too sometimes so this helps us get files more easily into one platform as well - not just autodc but others such are solidsurfer/3ds max.
