Hard to beat the price

Features like HDMI audio input, optical input, Bluetooth (I didn't rate this feature because I didn't use it). Sound quality is clear and intelligible with decent treble and bass extension. No vibrating sound from the subwoofer/seat. I wasn't looking for it and it fit the bill.
