I’m 5’5, curvy and 190 lbs with a big chest (38 DDD). The dress did a great job showing off my curves. I didn’t feel like I had much space in the chest area but this dress was snug enough that my boobs stayed right in place. The dress was above the knees on me. If you have a smaller chest it should be fine.
