Im 230lb 5'1 clearly over weight either way the best fits but it folds if u bend it fold if u stretch it folds an it had those little plastic or metal place holders in the back of the vest .yeah they stabb the back fat.I did how ever like the vest its cover the fat under your shoulder right above the bra line you get it right? But either way great product needs improvement firzy
