After years of having pimples, huge enlarged pores and minor breakouts that have turned into a cystic mess, I have found a product that is working wonders for my skin. My dermatologist asked me to switch to this product (I've previously used Neutrogena's Salicylic Acid Toner which she felt was too harsh for my skin and she was right!). This cetaphil cleanser doesn't lather, but that doesn't mean it doesn't do its job. It's mild, fragrance-free, clears my skin in a matter of weeks - and all I did was wash my face with it twice a day and apply moisturizer. This stuff works! hp Stay away from mild cleansers if you have problematic skin. This does the opposite of what this does.
