Should be supplied assembled but was not supplied. Trying to get together was ridiculous. The holes didn't want to match and had sharp edges. Once hung it took almost a month and now one of the ropes it is hanging on has snapped. These swings were overpriced and the quality was terrible. The kids loved it while it lasted. Yes, we can hang them up again after getting another rope, and we will, but that shouldn't happen in such a short time, especially considering how much money has already been spent on these swings. Sams Club had a swing similar to two relatives and it came with tree straps and all. They had no problems and they had them for a much longer period of time.
