So sometimes I look through Amazon deals to see what's really good. MFRs take advantage of this by raising prices. These are good towels at $20, but the same set from Amazon Basics is usually only $27. If I bought her for $50 I would feel badly robbed. I actually like the Amazon basics more, they're plush. They feel comfortable and can be a bit tighter. I think it's a good $20 deal, but I also think the retail-listed company was just there to pounce on bargain hunters as they definitely aren't worth $50. I can vouch for the quality of the Amazon basics, which I've had for 5 years and show no signs of wear, but I've only had these for a month.
