You get the job done. They are quite small compared to other balls. We have some that came with another toy that was slightly larger but overall they fit my 1 year old. I will say that because they are so small it took us 5-6 packs to get a full pit of balls which isn't much at all. We have one of the small memory foam ball pits. They're also a bit thin, but for the price I can't complain. After all, for some reason they only come with 99 balls instead of 100. It doesn't really matter much, but it's false advertising.
