Look at the brown slimy dirt on the bottom of my Primula mug I bought 2 months ago. This was my second Primula mug. The first cup lasted 3 months. It broke in the dishwasher. I liked the mug and thought I did something wrong by putting it in the dishwasher so I spent another $20. Cup 2 started having condensation issues in the first month which I hoped would be resolved. no The problem worsened over the following weeks until brown slime formed on the floor. I emailed Primula customer service and explained that I had purchased 2 double wall glass mugs. of which in the last 5 months and both have failed. I asked them to send me a new mug. In response, they wrote a nice note explaining that they don't guarantee their cups (because they don't work) but would be happy to send me another one for $14. ", but since I was stupid enough to buy a second cup, that obviously doesn't apply to me. So take this fool's advice and don't waste your money on all these things. Great concept. Shitty performance and the worst Customer Support.vol.
