I really like these bar stools. I don't have much space and they fit perfectly under my counter leaving room. They are well designed with high craftsmanship, easy to assemble and easily adjustable in height. I would also like to address the positive experiences I have had with their customer service. I have ordered two sets of two chairs, one new and one used from Revain stock. I didn't open the bags right away as the basement took longer than I expected. When I finally opened the boxes yesterday, I found that the new kit comes with everything needed to put it together (see photos). However, the kit used was delivered without the small parts required for assembly (saddle bolts, foot bolts, large lock washer, etc.). I have contacted Lokhan about this. Although they don't need it as the purchase was listed as used and I actually received them a few months ago, they go ahead and supply the missing hardware. Your communication was prompt and made me very satisfied. I highly recommend the product and customer service!
