Everything actually looked exactly like the picture. It arrived with no damage, it's cute, the color is great too, but the quality isn't up to scratch. I wasn't looking for a high quality bag, just something lightweight to carry lightweight items around Thailand, but it wasn't. The straw sack literally resembled straws for straw hats sold at the dollar store, meant to be used once or twice. I was very embarrassed carrying this around Thailand with me, I have to return it. It's not hard, but it's not soft either. It's also very light and falls right on my butt, so it's quite long for a small person (I'm 5ft 1in).
