Pros and cons of shaving and hair removal

I have been shaving with a blade for about 5 years. I like to try different blades and soaps. This is one of my reserves, so I can recommend this soap.1. SHAVING: EXCELLENT. Mitchell is very smooth and hardly tends to cut or scratch. This ensures a close and smooth shave in two passes. Most premium soaps provide a good to excellent shave.2. SKIN: EXCELLENT. This product contains lanolin and offers the best and softest aftershave I have ever tried. Most premium soaps give me satisfactory experiences.3. VERSATILITY: GOOD. Some soaps shave very well with one brand of blade and others don't. Mitchell doesn't seem to mind. I use ASTRA and generally sharp blades.4. DUST: HONEST. This soap is easy to apply with a damp badger hair brush, just enough to lather your skin for a good shave. It doesn't whip into a thick foam if that's important to you. It is also believed (I have no direct experience) that lathering is generally difficult when you have hard water. FOAM PERFORMANCE: GOOD. The foam on the brush stays in place while you shave. Easy enough for two passes.6. DISC STRENGTH: EXCELLENT. I tend to switch between several brands of soap, and most ground soaps pick up enough water from the brush to break down and dry a bit before the washing machine finishes. Mitchell lasts until the end.8. VALUE: HONEST. Mitchell's price is about the same as other high quality ground soaps. However, if it is sold as a mere replacement disc, you will need a razor blade or other container.
