I wear a size 6 (small) but I ordered medium and it fits comfortably. Small size would be too tight. I never thought I had a big head but the hat doesn't fit at all. It's not that it's tight. I can't even wear it! Judging by the photo, the mouthpiece is included but was NOT sent. Fishnet stockings fit (just put one leg in to try on). I guess I have to order the headpiece and mouthpiece separately. What if the seller doesn't send me one? And maybe a bigger hat? If not, then I guess I'll have to spend extra money to get those items. For this reason (headgear and cigarette holder) I deduct 2 stars.
