This water container has changed my life. For most people, it seems too big for everyday use, but after years of battling recurring kidney stones, I knew I had to do something. I finish one of these every day and I'm ready! This keeps the water COOL. When I first got it I filled it with ice cubes and water to see how long they last...4 days. Four days of ice cream in this thing! And three more really cold water! Everything you need is included: an extra straw, a straw cleaner, a handy carrying strap and of course an insulating sleeve. The sleeve is already on the container and I suggest leaving it on - not sure if you can put it back on. No strange smells or tastes - just pleasant cold water.
