Seat VERY narrow base, with a smaller seat and even smaller footrest! I felt like I would either tip over or just fall off the chair because the seat is so small and too close to the back to sit in the center of the seat. Feeling like sitting on half or the edge of a pillow. So like falling off the chair. Then the chair tips over due to the narrow base and smaller footrest. Maybe for a very fast person. But I'm only 5'4 and 170lbs. So not small, but not huge either. Jist felt the dimension meant to hold you was too far away. Otherwise assembleable and nice looking chair, no quality complaints just actual measurements. I should have looked at the 18" base, 14" seat and 13" diameter footrest, which shows poor design for stability. A SHAME. Brought him back to the snoter chair with 28" base, 16" seat and 18" footrest, day and night. .
