This headset has its likes and dislikes. I was keen to try it as I have a mild hearing problem and also wanted a bone conduction headset after trying a friend's headset. First the good: I like that there is an option to set this up via the TV setup. I'm not sure if some TVs can connect to a Bluetooth headset without using a companion device, but if your TV uses AV cables, you're in luck. It comes with a small device that allows you to watch TV through a headset. I also liked that the back of the headset is made of soft, flexible plastic. That means, that it doesn't tear. when you put it in your purse or pocket. It also actually transmits sound. Not Very Good: Most disappointing is the sound leakage. The higher you turn the volume up, the better you can hear what the other person is playing through the headset. At higher settings, it leaks enough that you can take off your headset and still hear what's being played. I initially wondered if it really was a set of speakers and not a bone conduction headset, but after playing around with the headset it seemed to me that it was bone conduction, it just had a lot of sound leakage. However, if you find a happy medium between being too loud and too quiet, you can use a headset with little or no sound leakage. earplugs help but I have to say, if you're just using them as earbuds, note that my friend could still hear me talking even with the earbuds on, although they helped a lot with the headset. She also mentioned that the volume buttons were difficult to reach when wearing the headset. I think what worries me the most is the price. It's about the same price as a set of Aftershockz headphones (without the mic) and I have to admit that it would be better to go for a more expensive set. If it were half or 2/3 the price I'd be more likely to recommend them, but the fact of the matter is that while they work decently and are comfortable to wear, they are overpriced for the quality. about as expensive as a set of Aftershockz headphones (without the mic), and I have to admit that it would be better opting for a more expensive set.
