I've had this bag for a little over a week. I read in reviews that the bag fell apart as soon as I received it. I never take out insurance on the things I buy because I expect them to work, but that's why I bought bag insurance when I bought this bag. I bought it despite the bad reviews but I will be returning this product. I'm very upset because I really liked this bag. Great for work. I have a lot of small notebooks that I have to carry around, my MacBook is in there and there is still room. It fits comfortably and isn't too big and I'm 5"10. I'm very sad. I'll be returning it and trying to get another bag because it's perfect for what I do and suits my style , but my hopes are low 😞😞😞
