TR4 cooler for case fans

very easy assembly. Unlike most water coolers, the cold plate covers the entire IHS. An improvement over their already excellent air-cooled design for the x399 platform. Ram clearance can be an issue; Low profile storage is required. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall.
