Review on Natural Brown Bamboo Monitor Stand Riser with Storage Drawers - Tribesigns Organizer by Timothy Hughes

I wanted a darker wood monitor stand to match my desk and thought it would be a perfect match. I was extremely disappointed! Delivered unassembled first! For $49 I don't expect to have to assemble it myself. Included was a full size screwdriver (very odd). The screws are open. The wood is varnished unevenly (the coaster has no stain). The photos in the add-on are deceiving because they show the texture of the solid wood. This is bamboo and the grain is completely different. The pen/phone holder gasket is of poor quality and rough. They have not been polished or polished. The stand has no backing and wooden dowels are used to prevent the drawers from sliding out too far. This may not be a problem if your stand is pushed up against a wall but mine is oriented so the back is visible to the office guest. If this sold for $15-$20 I would understand what level of quality to expect. It is made in China and arrived in a box covered in Chinese characters. At $49, this simple, unassembled design and level of quality is an absolute rip off. In this case you do NOT get what you pay for. Buyer warning!
