I hate how many capes don't show hands or don't say anything about sleeves. I spent a lot of time trying to find something inexpensive and with sleeves and I assumed looking through some of the photos that this cloak had sleeves but it didn't! I need a cape when I dye my own hair. This one is useless to me! I had parts of my shoulders, neck and arms dyed the same color as my hair. Maybe it's good quality and it's good that it's long, but when I want to dye my own hair and use this cape, it basically works like a "LONG bib"! It doesn't fit at all! I have no intention of ever using it again. I've spent my money!
