Ordered and it didn't load from the box. The vibration seemed good, but the whole handle was vibrating, not just the tip of the wand. It was small and light, which is why it got two stars. Back to Amazon for an exchange of the same product because they didn't charge a fee. The second is the same problem. Waste of money when the battery dies because none of them charge. I think you get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend buying this to spend a little more and get something that actually works.
