I used them in a patch panel to expand my Raspberry Pi headless computer's keyboard/mouse and server expansion options so I can treat them like consoles. Works very well and the side fit was ok. Depth proved to be an issue as the cable to the Pi/Server gets in the way behind the mounting plate connector. Two of them broke the latch on the socket when I had to remove a set of cables with extra hard tensioners. (You did not hook the socket properly). By the way, what is the difference between robust and durable features?
