Wobbly on top but cats love it

This was a tricky and imperfect build for reasons I'll cover below and the unit wobbles a bit when an adult cat sits on it but my cats do loved it feline one condo, and the finish is fine. First the assembly. The instructions are just a few basic pictures that could be clearer. If you've assembled furniture and such before, you'll be able to handle it, but if you're not very good at such projects, you'll get frustrated. This assembly took almost an hour, partly due to the fact that some elements just were NOT lined up properly. Although everything you need is included. No tools required. An issue with my build: one of the screws attaching the bottom tray to the base DOES NOT SCREW. The bolt just goes in and out freely making it useless as it pops out when the flat moves. This affects the overall safety of the product as it becomes more likely to 'twist' when an adult cat moves across the top two beds. Speaking of safety, I recommend using a wall mount for attachment since crampons weigh 10 pounds. or excessively cause a noticeable sway when they are on top. It wasn't extreme enough to topple the whole thing, but I'm concerned that it's not as secure as it could be (especially considering the one bolt that isn't properly secured that I mentioned above). I can remove the top perch. , just to be on the safe side. A low center of gravity will help a lot. The production itself is good. High quality chipboard, very durable. The fabric is soft and comfortable and doesn't "shed" all over the place like cheaper fabrics sometimes do. The stands are solid and the scratch rope is good. Overall well done and better than some cheap junk I've seen. The design is pretty good too. It's a bit awkward for cats to climb onto the top perches on their own if they can't jump, but my cats LOVE storage compartments and there's enough space for multiple cats to rest on and in them. Four cats could easily rest on it. However, the game ball is in a strange place. Cats can't play with it! The rest is good. The overall cat apartment is a good size, big enough to give them plenty of space but small enough to hide in a corner. It doesn't take up as much space as in the pictures. Yes, you have a place for it in your home! The good workmanship, the solid construction and the discreet design are all positive for the price, but a screw that causes the perch to wobble takes away a star.
