I love my second ear piercing paired with the silver huggie hoops from Diamonique. It took me ages to find exactly what I wanted with a screw on the back, but it was worth the effort to find! I've been wearing them all the time since I got them over a month ago and they don't irritate my sensitive ears at all. I'm seriously considering getting a spare pair if I manage to lose one in the future!
