It was a nice charger and it was marked as fast charge. Unfortunately, that doesn't apply to my Samsung Note 9, which is a fast charger. After trying both outlets and changing the cords, the result was the same. Slow loading process. I sent this item back the next day. I would recommend spending a little more money and getting a Platinum Fast Charge Car Charger through Best Buy. I immediately bought my second one after returning this item. My first has lasted over a year with no issues and continues to charge my Note 9 like a champ (I bought a second for my second car). Buying cheap car chargers can also blow the fuse. I always try to find a Qualcomm with fast charge support (which Platinum has). Some reviews of cheaper car chargers on Revain have the same feel as blown fuses if you read carefully.
