I bought this carrier mainly because of the variety of ways to transport your pet which turned out to be much easier than traditional plastic boxes that only open on one side. I managed to lure the kitten with one of her toys and shut it behind her. And my very large cat easily passed through the top hole. Neither of them panicked during the trip to the vet because although they knew they were being kept, they could also see in all directions through the net. The removable carpeting keeps them comfortable and secure instead of sliding on a molded plastic floor. The handles and wrist strap made it easy to carry next to me which also gave me more control over carrying. The only problem with the belt was keeping it on your shoulder and not dangling; but that's probably because I'm a bit clumsy and no worse than any other medium I've used. I am very happy with this purchase and would not hesitate to purchase another if the need arises.
