The label inside the hat says 46 (6-12 months). My son is 7 months old. Its head is medium sized. I'm sorry, I don't know his head size. So his head is not small. The hat fits perfectly. No tight fit, no loose fit. That's right. So he can wear it a few more times. It's not like a daily event calls for such a hat. But this event is coming. My child will be the grandfather of flying. Intense black color. The hat is lined on the inside. And the brim doesn't dangle like some cabbie hats.
