My optometrist recommended I wear light glasses when I read for a long time, especially on the computer. I like these glasses because they also filter out harmful blue light. I really like the shape but I don't think they look good on my face but I wear them no matter what. I think the blue light laser card they sent with the glasses was really good; You can test the blue light blocking technology. I didn't really care which case it came in so I put it in the other one I have. Like all glasses, they get dirty easily, so I use a glasses cleaning kit.
