These teeth whitening strips may be suitable for those with a teeth whitening score of 7 or higher to see the effect. I've almost completed the packaging, there are 2 more procedures to come, but I haven't seen any significant results. The strips have 28 strips for a 2 week treatment of all upper and lower teeth. I love their soothing oil stick that contains vitamin E. I think it soothes the gums when the hydrogen peroxide is irritating the gums. Because it contains hydrogen peroxide, my teeth become sensitive after each strip treatment. I could not tolerate cold water or acidic food. The packaging is cute and vegan-friendly, but it claims to help with the whitening results, and I don't think that's true.
