Works for both charging and data transfer

I mainly use this cable to connect my iPad Pro to my Mac mini via a USB hub. The hub connects to the mini hub's USB-C input, and the hub has six USB-A ports. I share the screen of an iPad mini with QuickTime Player. All of this works fine. iPad will also charge when connected. My main concern is that the cables will hold up if flexed as the iPad moves. The lining is not woven but looks pretty solid.
