I used them to replace the turn signal/parking light bulbs in the front bumper of my pre-facelift Audi 4000. Due to the reverse switching function of these lamps, the parking light goes out when the turn signal flashes. This creates more contrast for the blinking lightbulb. The LEDs also turn on and off instantly, unlike slow-fading traditional incandescent bulbs, which also makes the blinking more appealing. LED bulbs also use much less energy than incandescent bulbs. Note: I had to replace the turn signal. Relay with CF14 EP35 to avoid excessive flashing of the indicators on LED lamps.
