I'm 5ft 6in, 253lbs, 42D-DD, pear shaped. I ordered size 20 (black bottom/white with black dot on top). It fits perfectly. I like that the bottoms are shorts AND a high waist so they don't chafe on the hips and provide ample protection for the lower abdomen and buttocks. I also love that the top bottom layer sits perfectly snug on my bump to keep it down when I'm swimming or when I'm dry and windy, but the other ruffled layers make it downright flattering on a plus size woman. It perfectly supports the chest. I've worn it in the pool and on the lake and it stays in place regardless of the energy/exertion of the swim. I definitely recommend this costume.
