Shortly after installing the case, the tablet needed to be charged more often. It took several weeks, but in the end we found that the tablet didn't go to bed when the lid was closed After some research we found that the lid has room for a magnet (which puts the tablet to sleep) - but the magnet is missing - defective product I've contacted asng but haven't had a reply yet Will report back if this does the case is problem is (or is not?) solved.
