My wife buys a lot of herbs for her recipes and even grows some in her garden. But once she puts them in the fridge, they only stay fresh for a few days. I saw this Goodful Herb Keeper and thought I'd give it a try, but I really didn't expect it to work that well. But I was wrong! She put some coriander in it and didn't use it for 6 days. But the cilantro in the tin was just as good as the day she bought it. I was surprised. I'm sure I'll be buying another one of these containers as she has so many herbs in our fridge. The only downside to this product is the size. It's quite large, so I recommend storing it in the side door of your fridge. Be careful not to tip over as there is water inside and the container is mostly glass.
