This bag doesn't look like it. I risked it because I knew where it came from.
This backpack doesn't look like it. I took a chance knowing it was from China and not considered but in the pictures it is 1/3 size (my 5 year old could barely put it on her) it smells SO BAD. Like gasoline and plastic burning in a fire. The metal fittings are also rusty. Just not good. I returned it straight away.
