When I installed the black cartridge, I had many problems with both printing and copying. I would only print part of the page and on some pages only the colored part would be printed and not the black part. I thought it must be the black cartridge issue because it was a remanufactured cartridge. I bought a black Epson Factory Black Cartridge and when I installed it all the issues were resolved. The bottom line is that the remanufactured cartridge caused all the problems and the Epson factory cartridge solved the problem. I will no longer buy remanufactured cartridges. The color cartridges worked perfectly. The seller contacted me and offered a free exchange of a set of cartridges, which I agreed to. I will install remanufactured cartridges if I need to replace the cartridges I have installed now and will do an additional check. I was very pleased with the seller's response to my review and I hope the replacement set works well.
