Review on Hudu by John Bourgeois

The ability to document all things at hand, such as inventory of servers in an environment or devices within a network, makes this one our favorite for its ease-of use. At times we have found it difficult to navigate back into previous screens, so I wish there were shortcuts available when navigating between different sections of each screen. This can be solved by creating keyboard macros that you assign yourself (not sure if these are allowed). We've been able to effectively record many details about infrastructure assets without having too much hassle with manual paperwork or spreadsheets! It's easy to use, it has helped us keep track of all our work in one place. The help section can be improved but overall I've been very satisfied with how this product works for me so far. There are other products that do similar things at lower cost but hudu makes sense to have it included within an enterprise solution. We're keeping track of everything related to the development process. This includes what we need from QA/QC teams as well. This helps ensure consistency across projects and departments.
