This worked for me for a few months, but gradually the velcro seams came loose and a metal rod came out. I'll try to see if I can change it. When I get a chance I'll upload a photo. I use it while I sleep and it slips off by morning. To prevent this I ordered one for the wrist which keeps this in place. I'd like to order another one for my other hand but am concerned about the quality - I want something to last more than a few months. Also, it's not padded on the inside or anything so you can wear something thin underneath. I plan to make myself a stretchy knit sleeve to wear underneath.
